Hostelworld

We booked all of our hostels with the app 'Hostelworld'. No complaints about it, it works perfectly and is very cheap. It costs you about $5 each night, breakfast included. I'll show you where we slept in each city.

Lima

Ica

We stayed at Icaadventures 2. It is located at 290 Nicolas De Riviera el Viejo urb Luren in Ica in Peru. This was very nice, because of it had its own bar. We drank a good cocktail before going to bed.

Huacachina

We stayed at Hospedaje Mayo. It is located at Bajada de huacachina s/n in Huacachina in Peru. It had a pool and they organised the sandbuggy tours themself. This way you did not have to deal with a streetvendor, which were not always to be trusted. Never give your money up front! This is how they trick you.

Nasca

We stayed at Hospedaje Brabant. It is located at Calle Juan Matta 878 in Nasca in Peru. They organised the flights themself as well and much cheaper then they sold them online or at the spot. I would definitely sleep here! It was also fun, because the owners were dutch just like me and my mom.

Arequipa

We stayed at MB Hostel Arequipa. It is located at c. Mercaderes 135-A, Cercado in Arequipa in Peru. The people here were very nice. I got really sick here, but they helped me and got me blankets. Even when my mom needed to leave and we needed to be out of the room, I could still sleep a little bit somewhere inside. We also left some of our stuff here when going to the Colca Canyon, which they arranged for us.

Puno

We stayed at Ururi Stay. The adress is Jr Lima 325 in Puno in Peru. The owner was a very nice lady who washed our clothes and made delicous breakfast.

Copacabana

We stayed at Eco Hostel Joshua Vegetarian Restaurant. It is located at Calle Bueno in Copacabana in Peru. This was very nice for my mom who is a vegetarian and she loved the food. It is also very calm and the garden is a nice place to just chill and relax from the long journey.

Cusco

We stayed at OkiDoki Cusco Hostal. It is located at Calle Nueva Alta 644 in Cusco in Peru. Nicest people ever. Also perfect for arranging your trip to the Machu Picchu, because the have an agency in the hostel. They can arrange all kinds of transport directly to the Machu Picchu. The tickets you need to book yourself of course way up front online. We could also store our stuff here when going to the Machu Picchu.
